How can I get a Promo Code ?
Depending on our mood, if there is sun, if the wave has not slapped us, we send coupon codes via Instagram and sometimes with orders. So follow us on social media.
How are the wetsuits delivered ?
In a flexible and waterproof envelope, directly in your mailbox. The package is delivered with or without signature according to your choice in the final phase of your order.
Can I track my package ?
Yes. We use the parcel tracking service of the Post. After your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package. You can directly access the Post tracking page on our main page.
How long will it take to receive my Miuska wetsuit ?
In France, We use the fast service of the Post. Usually, the delivery time is 2 to 3 days depending on your region.
Can I return my wetsuit to Miuska ?
Yes, it is your choice and your right. You have 14 days to benefit of the refund (goods only), the wetsuit and the Miuska bag must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) and must not have been worn. In accordance with our general conditions of sale - article 5 - the return costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed to you.
The wetsuit has a fault, can I send it back ?
We pay close attention to the quality of our products. They are individually inspected before shipment. If however a manufacturing defect is present, the wetsuit can be returned, exchanged or refunded. All complaints, requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made by email to cs@miuska.com within 15 days of delivery. The products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions ...) and must not have been worn. Return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents up to a limit of € 10 for France and € 20 for Europe & World in accordance with our general conditions of sale, article 8.
